The Sunday Reset: 7 Questions to Ask Before Another Week Begins
A few intentional questions can help you reflect, reset and create a week that supports the life you’re trying to build.

Sunday doesn’t have to mean preparing yourself for another exhausting week.
It can become your weekly reset.
A moment to stop reacting to life and intentionally decide how you want the next seven days to feel.
Make yourself a drink, put your phone away for ten minutes and answer these questions:
- What went well this week?
- What drained my energy?
- What gave me energy?
- What am I proud of myself for?
- What do I need to let go of before Monday?
- What are my three priorities for the coming week?
- How do I want to feel this time next Sunday?
Notice that this isn’t simply a productivity exercise.
We’re not asking:
“How can I squeeze more into next week?”
We’re asking:
“How can I create a week that actually supports the life I’m trying to build?”
That’s a very different question.
Your week doesn’t need to be perfect
Some weeks you’ll exercise five times, cook beautiful meals and smash every goal.
Other weeks, getting through them is enough.
Both count.
The purpose of reflection isn’t to judge yourself.
It’s to understand yourself.
And the better you understand yourself, the more intentionally you can move forward.
